So after months of reading many other blogs and enjoying them I decided I should start my own. Not sure what it will all entail but I'm thinking its going to be a little bit of everything. Some recipes some endless chatter, family updates and of course talk of my pups.
Today I gave my first go at making some truffles. I intend to have one or two then send the rest to work with Garth so they don't tempt me through out the day but we will see. They are Red Velvet white chocolate truffles to be exact and so far fairly easy to create... I say this because I still have yet to dunk them in the melted chocolate. Hopefully that step will be as easy as the rolling the cake into balls.
So between the snow and trying to get thing done life's been busy and I need to get to making dinner before I get the look from Garth any longer. How do men survive alone?? I honestly feel as though mine would be wearing the same clothes for months on end surviving off of McDonald's and cans of chew. Anyways goodbye for now!
